Please follow these step by step instructions to use the demo version. If you need assistance, please contact us.
- Download PbxTools PhoneJournal (setup_pbxtools_release.exe);
- Run the installer and follow the instructions;
- Next, right click PbxMon in the system tray, and select Options;
- Select your PBX and complete the other fields, then click Save;
- If your PBX is not in the list, please contact us so we can add it for you;
- Ensure that your PBX is properly connected to the computer;
- If you're having problems connecting, please contact us so we can help;
- Finally, run PhoneJournal from the start menu;
- Data will arrive in PhoneJournal as calls are made to the PBX;
